Work carpark is on the otherside of the campus. Should I count the time to get across the campus in my work hours?

My workplace has no off-street parking due to our location. Our company owns a parking structure on campus which staff pay daily to park in. Due to the location of the parking structure, this requires a 5-minute walk across the campus (10 total in both directions) to get to and from my car. If I finish at say 5:00 pm, should I be eating that time by waking out the office door at 5 on the dot, or should I be adding a little bit of buffer to get across the campus? The GM is the only person on the Campus who has a car spot directly outside her office. Everyone else must use the parking structure.
