Feeling guilty and frustrated about work

So, I've been working in retail for years at this point. I've been at my current job for a little over a year and, they've been pretty good to me. I got 2 separate raises ($3/Hr pay increase total) and they praise me for my work ethic and honesty. I feel like this is earned since I'm always putting in my best effort and when I do make mistakes, I always correct them pretty quickly. You're probably wondering about the title now, getting into that now. Although they've been great to me, the same can't be said for pretty much ANYONE else I work with. People who've been here for years more make a decent amount less than I do and are severely overworked all around. Not to mention the micromanaging and mistreatment people seem to face. I'm not a kissass, but I am fairly professional in terms of trying not to talk shit about coworkers and keeping things like politics and religion out of conversation.

I guess I feel guilty because I feel like there's favoritism towards me. I would really appreciate some feedback
