How should I reply and turn down a request for a “Video Interview” that I’m meant to pre-record? Should I respond at all?

Been looking for a new job as I’m working full time but not making enough to get by. I recently applied to several office jobs and this one emailed me the following: You have been selected to move to the next phase of our interview process. This next phase is an interview video recording. We would like to see a short recording of your responses to the questions below. (List of interview questions about why I’m leaving my job and how do I think I’d be a good fit, my transportation situation etc.) Feel free to close out the video with anything else you’d like to share. I’m appalled that a company doesn’t have the courtesy to reach out and talk to me or have a conversation. I am making a video for some stranger to watch and I don’t even get to have a feel for the company beforehand? Additionally, they expect me to take time out of my day to review a list questions and answer them without anything in return, plus the use of my personal resources to do it. All so they can take a maximum of FIVE MINUTES to watch and decide next steps… it’s just abysmal.

Part of me wants to ignore the message completely, but part of me wants to tell them why this method is so obliviously impersonal. I’m not planning to write a 5 paragraph essay to them but when I decline I really want to drive home how ridiculous this is.
