Okay so a few months ago I left a job that I was pretty passionate about for one that I wasn’t as passionate about but had a better schedule. Well, it backfired because my new one is awful! My co-workers treat me badly and people are constantly telling me how bad leadership is. The job itself, is NOTHING like I thought. I know it’s just a job, and I shouldn’t let it effect me but I’m miserable going to work everyday.
Should I have stayed at my old job and dealt with a crappy schedule? Should I grovel and ask for my job back? Or am I just so miserable at my new place that I’m romanticizing my old job?
