Hey supervisors name I just wanted to reach out to tell you I wanted to put my 2 weeks in. I was forced into doing the 3pm shift thing while I was told I had a choice beforehand and there are still other shifts available on the site externally and internally and it's just not working for me. The pay is lower than what I was told beforehand by recruiting company and on top of that company was offering a 1500 sign-on bonus that just disappeared when I asked about it. I just feel like I've been slighted and I don't really want to feel that way about a company I'm working for.

Supervisors name I'm informing you, on mm/dd/yyyy will be my last day. The revised schedule does not work for me, the $1500 sign on bonus evaporated and the pay rate dropped. Thank you for this opportunity, if things change in the future I may reconsider.
