Emotionally abusive shift lead and ignorant management

I've been working in a fast food restaurant for half a year now. For the past few shifts, the shift lead I work with has been giving me trouble gaslighting me and belittling my work performance. I can work as fast as humanly possible, and they would still tell me I'm “too slow” This isn't the first time I've dealt with this behavior from this specific shift lead. This isn't the first time I've dealt with this behavior from this specific shift lead. My whole time working, they would scold me for the littlest of mistakes and give me unnecessary rudeness all while putting on a good face and being nice to everyone else.

I've had ex coworkers I've worked with that also had problems with the same shift lead, I remember having a couple of convos with them about it. They only worked for a short time before quitting. I'm pretty sure they tried talking with the manager about the situation, but little to no action was taken, hence why they quit.

I looked up reviews of the location I work at, seeing a few reviews talking about this shift lead being rude. And get this, I happened upon one review that was the manager basically being an ass kisser to the shift lead. At this point, I feel like there's no justice for me to have if I were to raise concerns about it and my best option is to just quit and find a new position.
