One of my staff has registered with a local foodbank. I’ve tried and tried to get my staff a payrise. But higher management literally doesn’t care.

He was denied assistance from the foodbank as he “Earns too much”. He's on minimum wage. I hate this system, I hate that I'm part of it. I want the best conditions for my staff and a comfortable lifestyle for them. Just not in the position to get it for them… its soul destroying
