Not sure if this is the right sub to vent on, but i am getting pretty exacerbated with the increase and audacity of hiring managers to just ghost prospective employees, especially after multiple interviews or communication correspondence. It's absolutely ridiculous that people with “human” in their job title can't communicate effectively.
