I'm curious to hear your opinions on these services. Personally, I struggle with the ethics involved. If they successfully place a worker into a position, they earn a percentage of that worker's wages. For example, a worker is paid $13 per hour and their recruiter earn $2. That's $15 paid for one employee. $15 that I believe should go to the worker alone. Knowing someone else makes a wage based solely on how much I work feels unethical. What do you think?
