There is a dictator at my place of work and i just challenged him. It started over him taking 50 dollars out of my profit for the month (am in sales), then went from there when i argued about why that's acceptable to him (it's contrary to how things have been done up til this point/my usual supervisor isn't here to support). He became quite irritated. I might have just painted a target on my back, yet I'm accepting that there might be consequences coming, especially after addressing his nature and how he has walls that make it hard to relate to him.
Today is a day i snapped i suppose. I'm sick of people like him overshadowing the front facing employees while he sits in his tower watching us plebians do all the work. He'd even taken credit for an idea i had to improve process flow, so truly i do not respect this person by this point as, in his own words, I'm just a “child” to him.
It started over 50 dollars then became about the principal. Respect needs to be given to be received and with so little support and communication provided to ensure the business runs optimally, I'd be documenting why people are jumping ship more than they're coming aboard. In other words; with a pyramid, the shit trickles down from the top.
