Companies spend loads on new equipment, stuff, etc, but won't spend it on their employees. Companies have budgets where they MUST use the allocated dollar amount even if they do not need the equipment. Had a company with so much equipment they never used or upgrading it so often unnecessarily. Remember that when they won't treat YOU right.
