How do you deal with a workplace you're done with (toxic/bad mgmt) and haven't gotten an offer for a new one so you can't just up and leave?
For the past 3-5 months, I wake up and do 20-30 applications every morning, then again before I go to bed. I work in finance and have been trying to transition to tech for 2 years, but lucky me now the hiring freeze is in effect. So I started to apply to roles within my field/industry.
I genuinely want to know what other people do in this situation, even if the options sound terrible.
