Just needed to vent. I've been applying non-stop these past 6 months and got really excited when a company reached out to me on LinkedIn for an interview.
It turned out to be a really great opportunity to start my career and I felt that I clicked with the interviewers. They said they'd get back to me the next week. The next week they tell me they need another week to “internally review” and I notice that a classmate made a post about how she accepted the exact position a couple days later. No rejection email from the company.
I'm really irritated. At least send me a fucking email that I didn't get it so I don't have to find out like this.
