Why do people at Google get paid and treated so well, while I’m paid shit and treated like shit

They sit there clicking keys on a keyboard doing nothing all day, meanwhile I’m working my ass off moving shit from the warehouse into trucks. Manager always talking down to me while I make 15 bucks an hour working weekend shifts
