That sort of thing belongs on a timesheet, not a calendar. My days are now filled with repeating tasks, plus scheduled times for morning and afternoon breaks and lunch. I set everything to “busy” so good luck trying to set up a meeting with me. I'm feeling a bit petty at this nonsense.
