Long story short I’ve been in a trade field for 5 years which all jobs require a degree in this trade plus upholding your license and paying to uphold said license.
I was making $10 an hour.
Saw McDonald’s was hiring for $15.
Needless to say I just quit my job to go flip burgers for $15 an hour.
I don’t know how anyone in these trades expect people to want to work when I can go work flexible hours and do easy work for way more money. (I’ve worked at McDonald’s before. It is an easy job. The customers are just annoying)
Anyway there’s my little story for the day. I ain’t even bothered about it, for ppl who think fast food is below them, fast food is paying more than what your degree may offer.
