I got above and beyond, only to find that it’s a one way street

I’ve been in my current corporate job for almost a year. Love it. Never call in sick. Work weekends at times, definitely more than 8-5. Coworkers and I all get along, and even the clients I work with sing my praises. If there’s an issue, I address it. I worked on times I was off. I’m not perfect, but my results are positive. Issue: Im getting married in a few months and do not have enough PTO for the trip. I asked my team lead if I could arrange a weekend-heavy schedule, go negative on PTO, etc. he essentially shrugged and said no. Nothing could be done. This job means a lot to me, and I love what I do. But this is pushing me over the edge. It was so callous, and this was after multiple people sung my praises to him.
