After my huge $1 raise, I now get to pay an extra $.83/hr to make up for my employer cutting my benefits.

Yeah. My health insurance premium didn't go up. My employer just decided to pay ~$120/mo less and shove the cost difference onto me. Nothing bad even happened last year! The same doctors, same level of care, etc. No hospitalizations. No new conditions. So yeah, that extra $160/mo raise is looking like a damn TREAT now.
