Hi all,
So I gave a 3 months notice from Nov to end of Jan. Unfortunately I couldn't finish my 3 months, but I completed a full 2 months.
I joined another department where I am currently a recruit. I'm in training atm that commenced on Jan 9th. We got an email only a week prior to our start date.
Today is pay day for my last job, but I haven't gotten my last pay…. All my ex Co workers got paid, except for me.
So, idk what to do or think about it.
I thought by law I am supposed to get paid the time over worked.
Any advice on how to proceed with this ?
