Received an offer for a position and asked for benefit information, this is what they gave me. When I asked if I could get information on the cost of the health benefits etc I was told no: I couldn't have that information until I was eligible for benefits. Why would an employer who pays a decent wage need to provide its employees with a food pantry? Or short term loans? Or refuse to provide relevant benefit information?
