I worked 10.2 hours of OT the week after Christmas. Paycheck comes and they only gave me 2.8 hours of OT. The reasoning was because we had the 26th off for holiday, those 8 missing hours made up for the missing 8 hours from holiday. So I only worked for 42.8 hours that week. Hence the 2.8 hours of overtime. Is this normal practice? I feel like I have the company free hours of work
