Are they tracking me, and how can I beat them?

I work in outside sales. I almost never need to go into the office and am, for all intents and purposes, a remote field worker. I have a company iPhone, a company iPad, and a company laptop. I use my personal vehicle. A few months into the job, my boss and I were recapping my performance and they were very pleased. They did state, in the normal course of review, that they can track my activities but I was always on task so that was not a concern. Does my iPhone get pinged for location, or does the mobile provider (probably AT&T or verizon) somehow show my location for employers? I try to use my phone's mobile hotspot as much as possible, but sometiems need to use home or restaurant wi-fi. Could they be checking logins to company websites for IP addresses and locations? Is there anything in my laptop or ipad I should look at?

My sales numbers are great, but I'm still anti-work. I believe we (Americans) should have a legal workweek like the French, mandatory minimum paid vacation of no less than 10 days, and at least one three day weekend per month. This mindset of work first, life/family/health second is sickening. Work is important, but we should not be expected to put enriching other people in front of our own happiness and fulfillment.
