I don’t like my job as an underwriter currently and I’m always on edge. Thing is, I’ve only been here 4 months. What should I do?

I started working as an underwriter a few months ago at a bigger company and I really don’t like it. This is my second job. I had one as an insurance agent for about a year and have been doing this one for 4 months but I don’t know how long I can keep doing this. It’s incredibly boring, I sit in front of a computer all day, and they’re Nazis about being in there for 9 hours a day. My two managers suck. One is just really awkward and hypercritical. The other is just a straight up dick. Always miserable, doesn’t say hello, etc. I want to move on and do something else but I make more money here than my first job and am nervous I’ll have a hard time finding another gig. I don’t want to quit because I don’t have a lot saved. Any suggestions on…

Thank you very much in advance. Hope everyone has a good day.
