Ugh. I hate interviewing. I had a phone interview with a local company. It’s for a low-level admin job. The woman I spoke to was nice, but literally blasted how horrible the other people are in the office. Not just a comment here or there….she destroyed them. It sounds like a shit environment. I withdrew my application and they asked why. So I told them. It’s seems like there is an internal problem and it reeks of unprofessional to rip apart employees to possible future employees.
I have had enough of these jobs. Do employers thinks everyone is stupid and we can’t distinguish an abusive office environment?
