I'm not sure how to properly respond back to this companies request for me to take a drug test before sending me an offer letter? Can anyone help me professionally respond back? I submitted a background but I've never done a drug test before an offer letter. Is this even legal? HELP
Edit due to comments- I am okay with taking a drug test. My problem is that I have gotten no formal offer letter from this company. They are claiming they will give me the offer letter after the drug test. No company has ever done it this way with me, seems backwards?
Please don't reply if you don't know what your talking about and just assuming. I've done enough assuming.
Are their laws or liabilities concerning this?
