I finally got a job I like after being laid off due to COVID and two short term jobs. All other jobs I've had for 6 to 8 years. But I'm having a hard time dealing with the fact that my new boss is 15 or so years younger than me. I'm in my late 50s. I keep feeling like I made bad decisions in my life to get to a point where someone you get is ahead of me. We both have PhDs and she's great. I just end up hating myself for not being further ahead
