The best way to quit on my 18 year old manager

I work a minimum wage restaurant job. One of my managers is the same age as me (18) who earned their position by kissing up to two of the real managers, who are just as disrespectful and uncaring as they are, until they were promoted. They constantly go on power trips and order around the FOH workers to do simple tasks at the worst times. The worst part about it all is they constantly has this stuck up “I’m better than you.” attitude. Me and all of my coworkers despise them and we all agree that their bossing around and feigning superiority is going to make us quit. I’ve already planned on it in the next few months, but I don’t want to just QUIT. I want to give this person a real reality check and a figurative slap in the face for all that they’ve done. I don’t want to have any future jobs call this place and hear this story in case it ends up hurting their perspective of me, but at the same time I really don’t want to just peacefully quit on this terrible dictator.
