I(16f) am autistic and so is my friend? (21m). We both work at mcdonalds. He always gets put down by the managers and employees and i don't know what to do. They always bully him by making weird comments or putting him down and i do not know what to do or how i can help him. (These people who bully him are adults btw, which makes it even more sad) Basically, my question is how can i help him feel better/more comfortable at work
