I've been working for them for 1 and a half years. I was also a new grad when I started. They will be doing less work than me due to easing them into their career. I've got 3 degrees and these new grades only have one. I've got more experience and am more qualified for them but during my review they said they can't offer me more than a 2k raise. I should be grateful and take it but I think it's a bit unfair when I have proven time and time again that I can meet (and have exceeded) their performance targets.
