I work for a company that is a rainforest. I have been denied promotion for a year and a half because I have done the duties of all of my managers and above (including 6 trainings of people hired with a year less experience, for positions I have applied for), yet have bot done the duties anymore of which the performance metrics are based on. I finally raised hell and have been told I will recieve a 1 on 1 meeting with HR. Building HR so not corporate. In my raising hell ( with corporate HR who have all been notified of my grievances) I've shown the last 2 HR leads to be incompetent, along with the rest of their probably 10 HR staff. Basically.. should I protect myself from HR in this mega corporation and am I even allowed to?
