So the max a CEO can earn, is 10 times what the lowest earning person in that company can earn (this is for people working directly for said company and who are contracted to work for them, e.g. cleaning staff). So if the CEO wants to earn a million per year, lowest paid person gets 100.000 per year. Seems fair to me.
