The Ole Switcheroo

Local BBQ place near me has been having staffing problems for months. They post to Facebook about fast paced, friendly environment, flexible hours, with benefits. Starting at $18-22 an hour. Friend interviewed they offer you $14 an hour, which is just above our local minimum wage with “opportunity to quickly get raises” uh huh. The hours? Morning shift 4am to 230pm. Or day shift 10am to 9pm. The benefits? A free meal with every 6hr+ shift, but just the cheaper meals with 1 side. Now they are crying about only being able to open for 3 hours a day. Mind you this place charges $25 for a brisket sandwhich and 1 side. It's good BBQ I admit but you can't lie to people about pay, then cry when they won't take the bait.
