I've been working at coca-cola consolidated for about six months. since working here I've been spit on by an employee and discriminated by age, sexual orientation, and mental capability also threatened by a union steward to spit on me again. I was told nothing can really happen because I can't complain about a fellow union member is this true they literally protected him from 3 of the 4 biggest discrimination. Age, sexual orientation, and mental ability. How isn't this a possible lawsuit any help or advice would be appreciated. (ohio)
