I am absolutely furious with my boss's decision to take away our well-deserved bonuses (25-80$) and instead use the money for a company pizza party.
Are you kidding me? Our hard work and dedication mean nothing to him? We bust our asses every day and this is how we're rewarded? With a damn pizza party?
I can't believe he would do something so disrespectful and dismissive of our contributions to the company. It's a slap in the face and a complete betrayal of trust.
I refuse to stand for this kind of treatment and disrespect. I'll be looking for a new job where my efforts are properly recognized and rewarded. This company culture is toxic and I want no part of it.
