Manager harassing me over WFH while sick

My job is hybrid with 2 days remote/3 days in office. Our office “manager” works 100% remote from another state (I’ve never met her before lol). Firstly, I was told to select the 2 days I would be working remote – I chose Monday and Thursday. I will be starting night classes soon and requested to switch it to Monday and Friday and was told “no” by this “manager”. I’ve been sick with the flu for the past 2 weeks and this manager has been harassing me every day to email her that I’m sick so she can announce via email to the entire office what sickness I have and that I will be WFH on the day I called in sick. She is constantly telling the entire office what sickness I have and what my symptoms are in these “WFH sick day emails”, which makes me feel very uncomfortable…

She is constantly telling the entire office what sickness I have and what my symptoms are in these “WFH sick day emails”, which makes me feel very uncomfortable that she is sharing my private health issues with the office.

I feel like she is harassing me on the sick days when I WFH and being completely unreasonable by not allowing me to switch my WFH day from Thursday to Friday.

My job doesn’t require being in the office. I can do everything at home that I do in the office. There is no need for me to be there.. and on top of it, my coworker who shares the same position as me is fully remote and lives 3 hours away! I’m at a loss on what to do with this harassing manager and my WFH situation.
