Change in job description. Lots more work, probably less money.

My company has been redefining my role every year or two. They find a political issue in the office and then change my team’s job to include this new item. This year we are now in charge of the pipeline for new business. The team that had that responsibility still has that responsibility, but we do now also. Great management at work. Why do something once when you can do it twice for double the cost.
