Work is reducing my hours and changing my schedule, need advice!

Here's the backstory! I work in a group home company that owns 12+ group homes, there has always been a large rift between in-home and management. I've dealt with it and worked my ass off to get a “specialist” roll in house which entitled me to: 30 hours guaranteed, and benefits. Over the last nine months I've really put myself out there to guarantee first priority scheduling under my former house lead. I had 39 hours a week, all at my single preferred house, and generally all evening shifts with some variation when I was critically needed at another shift slot. Now recently my house lead was let go and our next-step-up manager has taken over. She has no idea how the house is actually run day to day but it's her way or the highway. With this change I'm looking at a schedule 3 months out of just insanity.…

With this change I'm looking at a schedule 3 months out of just insanity. Multiple house locations, all further away and/or less pay, only 30 hours a week and shifts ranging all 24 hours of the day. I've reached out that this schedule doesn't work for me and was met with a brick wall.

I'm not going to lie that I've worked my ass off extra for the company to get a level of stability. I know I could just ride this out but I'm losing $200+ a week in pay on top of a mountain of extra stress from a bad schedule and bad boss.

Do I just jump ship ASAP or ride it out, hope to replace my house lead on the off chance (they don't like that I challenge their bad decisions) if you were in my position? (Benefits suck, not staying for those)

Thanks so much guys, really scratching my head here.
