Our floor super announced mandatory 12 hr shifts twice a week. Problem is when no one else did the OT, I was doing only my straight 40. Birds of a feather you know. Well I HEARD about it. So the last 2 weeks I did my due like a good little minion yet everyone else has been going about their normal 40 and never heard the word BOO from the supervisor.
I feel like knowing I feel threatened he can push my buttons and get his way. Where as everyone else on my shift has a FAR more dismissive attitude towards him and couldn't care less about getting in trouble. Should I adopt a more fk it attitude and take my chances. I don't want to be the only guy pulling ALL the extra weight but I'm not throwing Jon or Janet under the bus for not doing theirs
