Going to get spoken to about my sick time, how should I handle it?

Honestly isn’t the first time. I had a meeting last year about this even though as of 12/31/22, I gave the company 36.5 hours of my remaining sick time. Now with the new year, I have 80 hours to use. My job is extremely stressful, I get called out at odd hours but I enjoy the work, just hate the management side of things. Anyhow back to the 80 hours. So with the 3 sick days I used now, basically because this is the only way to use them I guess I am now at my 4th occurrence since it is not February and am expecting to be spoken to alongside with my union steward. Not going to lie I’ve been in a mental slump/rut and needed a day off but clearly taking one day doesn’t make sense. Just sick of it. How would you go about this? Thank you in advance.
