How much work is too much?

I work for a private health company that deals with people on the spectrum. My boss is a very interesting person. She does a lot of sketchy stuff and tries to get out of giving her employees benefits/pay. I’m not too worried cause I’m sure that she’s gonna get sued by one of the employees soon. Two months into me working there she comes to me with an offer to take the place of her HR person, and if I ran out of things to do in that position, I could come get extra hours doing data entry. I took it because I was bored. Well two weeks into being the poorly informed HR person at the corporate office, my boss wants me to conduct interviews to fill the staff she’s constantly losing and keep track of all her employees, payroll, etc. while being at the other location to do the data entry.

I blame myself really, I should’ve seen it coming. Does that sound like too much work or should I just go with it? I don’t mind where I’m at location wise, but I’m gonna give myself a headache trying to bounce back and forth doing all this shit.
