I'm sorry if this is the wrong tread for this.. I needed some time off work to travel aboard to tend to my sick father in law I asked for unpaid compassionate leave and my work booked the days off as a holiday without asking me meaning I have no days left for the rest of the year.. And also as the cut off has gone for pay it means I can't do anything I'm in the UK
