Is this considered a violation of HIPAA?

So some backstory. Our GM fired our guest service manager back in October over harassment. So my GM opens the position for all front desk agents to apply for it. So I did, and after a few weeks, my GM opened up a new position for Assistant General Manager and got rid of the guest service manager. Our GM told one front desk agent to apply for it and that I wouldn’t get because I wasn’t qualified for it. 2nd instance. I know for a fact that this was a violation. I talked to my GM in private at the beginning of January about how much stress that they are putting me under and have gotten anxiety from it. Well the GM told the new AGM about my anxiety and then told my other coworker about it. I’ve started the process of reporting it to HR, but I’m skeptical cause…
