Since I started there 6 mo ago I have had to make myself available 24 hours a day. I have been talked down to, ignored, and have had my professional integrity called into question, all by my boss. The job was demanding, but I did use to find purpose. I stopped wanting to try but found myself so frustrated with my boss’ attitude I couldn’t take it. So I am leaving.
I get along with all my teammates. Literally the only person I don’t vibe with is my boss.
Going to try to be as minimalist and anti consumption as possible.
Any advice or worlds of encouragement?
