At what point did you feel like you were doing Supervisor or Manager roles but were only a regular full time employee?

I'm sure everyone's been in this position at one point. I'm not quite a regular employee but I am in between a supervisor and manager. It was made very clear that I am not a supervisor but here I am working 12 hours Saturday and Sunday supervising over 4 employees while doing more work (while being paid less) than the 3 supervisors we have Monday through Friday.
