Last year California passed a law requiring companies to disclose salary ranges. So far most of the job listings on dice and recruiter emails I get don't list salary. It's so frustrating that most companies won't follow this law at least in the tech world. I wonder how you report companies for not following this law in California or if this law just won't be enforced.
