We had a federal holiday last week at 8 hours time where we didn't have to work. I had a small amount of OT that week. I was under the impression that that OT was OT, but instead they adjusted the holiday time like they would for PTO to offset to be 40 even. Is that normal (legal)? I am in Michigan.
