Hello all, so I work for in essence a “members only” club in Philadelphia (which one doesn’t matter). I received an email today describing how we will be quizzed on “member recognition” and along side the email was a power point of people’s names/faces that we have to study off the clock in order to pass.
I’m flabbergasted that my job is making me do homework off the clock to pass a test with no implication (seemingly)
Is this actionable enough to go to HR and be like “I’m getting no compensation for doing homework for my position”???
