I was contacted by a recruiter yesterday around noon about scheduling an interview. The recruiter seemed enthusiastic, as was I. Said that they are very interested in hearing more from me, and that I would receive an email packet/confirmation for an interview, as well as a phone call from her colleague later in the day. Told me all about the glorious opportunities they have for me with their company and how much I'll love the job.
It's 8 pm the following day (32 hours later) and I haven't received any email, I haven't received any phone call. I kept waiting thinking they would send me something, but they never did. So now I have to wait all the way until Monday to call them and figure out what's going on. I hate how these companies waste so much time dicking you around like this. If you don't want to interview me, then don't call me saying you want to interview me lol
