Anyways, in the interest of Salary Transparency, I am currently paid ~$52,000/yr. I cannot figure out what I really should be making, and I'm getting the impression that my opportunity for growth here is hitting a cap, so I want to look for opportunity elsewhere. Can anyone else help give me some comparison data?
