For context, this is my default position to walk in. I've done it since day one because I'm autistic and struggle with body language; it doesn't come naturally to me so I keep my hands in my pockets as it's one less thing I have to think about to seem “normal.”
Despite also being told I was one of her hardest workers (and denied a raise) she said it “looked like I wasn't doing anything” and “it's all about impressions” then when I tried to protest, got cut off and told “I know you walk around with your hands in your pockets”
