What kind of level of shitty workplace is it when you get scolded for walking with your hands in your pockets?

For context, this is my default position to walk in. I've done it since day one because I'm autistic and struggle with body language; it doesn't come naturally to me so I keep my hands in my pockets as it's one less thing I have to think about to seem “normal.” Despite also being told I was one of her hardest workers (and denied a raise) she said it “looked like I wasn't doing anything” and “it's all about impressions” then when I tried to protest, got cut off and told “I know you walk around with your hands in your pockets”
